Shipping to US addresses is free. We ship to US addresses only.
Posters, framed prints, canvas and mugs are printed to order, and we email you a tracking link when your order ships. Postcards are mailed in the US. Delivery time is set by USPS. We can't promise a delivery date.
We accept PNG, JPEG and WebP files up to 25 MB, at least 512 px on the shortest side. We enlarge small images, up to four times, so they print sharply. If an image is still too small for a size, that size shows "Needs a larger image" and can't be chosen.
For posters, framed prints and canvas, you can fill the print, which crops your image to the shape of the size, or keep the whole image inside a white border. The preview shows what will print.
What we can't print
We check every image before it is printed. The check is automated. If we can't print an image, we tell you why and nothing is ordered.
- Content we don't print
- It includes content we don't print. The list is below.
- A logo or a well-known character
- It looks like it includes a brand logo or a well-known character, which we can't print without permission.
- Image too small
- It's too small to print sharply at any size we offer. Images need to be at least 512 px on the shortest side, and large enough to print sharply at one of our sizes.
- Image won't open
- We couldn't open the image. Try making it again, or use a PNG, JPEG or WebP file.
We don't print:
- Adult or sexual content, including nudity
- Graphic violence and weapons
- Hate symbols and hateful content
- Illegal goods and anything that breaks the law
- Real public figures
If you think we blocked an image by mistake, email us and we'll take another look. The rules are in our terms.
Problems with an order
Damaged, wrong or missing? Email us with your order number and a photo. Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund you. The details are under returns and refunds in our terms.
How it works in ChatGPT

- Ask Mantelmade to print it. Choose a size in the card that appears.
- Pay on mantelmade.com. We print it and ship it free in the US.
